Yes you may! Make sure they name drop you or your business name in their contact email. The way referrals work is simple. You refer someone to us, they spend $100 in editing and you receive a one time $25 credit towards your account/balance. Just make sure they name drop the right friend!
Simply fill out the contact form on via the Contact Us link on the menu and request FTP access where prompted. We will contact you very quickly to personally setup and walk you through setup. If you need futher assistance, we can connect to your computer personally and do the setup for you (wherever you are in the world). Our FTP is 4 Terabytes in size and can host hundreds of thousands of RAW files if needed. FTP setup is conducted via a brief setup phone call where you will receive your unique login and password and be personally setup by Tim.
We welcome you to send in 5 free test files to tim@shooteditlove.com . We are happy to edit them and show you how Shoot Edit Love help you and your business and free you up more of your life! If you request a test edit and submit more than 5 images you will be billed at the normal rates listed on the website.

BW Set of Images – $0.25 cents per image – Complete or special sets of Black and White images can be included with your color files. We process your BW preset that you provide for PS or LR5/CC or can use one of many amazing Film accurate Mastin Labs BW presets we have and deliver said images in a separate folder ready for inspection and delivery to your clients. We operate multiple editing stations for editing and processing to achieve efficient results.
Renaming files – 1 cent per image – You provide your naming style and we’ll make sure our finished work is in proper name/file order) In order and ready to burn or print.
Time syncing – 2 cents per image. – Got multiple cameras or shooters? We’re here to help you stay organized! No more scattered, unorganized files!
Uploading to another server/service – $15 standard fee
Let us upload FOR you! Whether it’s 100 or 1,000 images, just shoot us the info for your Zenfolio, Smugmug, Pictage or other online account and we’ll take care of the rest. (note: upload times are NOT included in the original processing time and can vary from job to job depending upon size, location, and connection speeds)
We run a 15+ year verified PayPal merchant account that handles all invoicing. ALL wedding jobs once received are entered into the workflow editing system. This generates an email that has a minimum retainer fee that must be paid before work begins (Part of the TOTAL job fee). This payment and one time contract ensures that all parties understand the seriousness of our business.
All non-cull and edit jobs require payment in full before work begins. During the busy season, invoices may go out a little later as billing might take an extra couple of days. Payment is due upon receipt of all invoices (unless other arrangements have been made). After 2 weeks of non-payment there will be a warning and reminder sent out. After that date a $15.00 late fee will be applied. If non-payment of invoices continues additional late fees may apply (15% for 30 days late – 25% for 45 days).
Only portrait jobs totaling 1-5 images have a $5 dollar job fee + per image fee. (EX – $5 + 0.25X50 = $17.50).
All wedding jobs have a $25 dollar job fee + per image fee if submitting 01-499 images.
No Wedding job fees apply for jobs containing 500 or more images ONLY the per image fee applies.
All album designs have a $10 per job fee + $5.00 per page design fee(s).
Standard job fees cover ALL shipping, FTP costs, download times/upload times, etc.
Standard turnaround times (applies to ALL jobs/events/shoots)
10-14 business work days for weddings & 4-7 business work days for portrait jobs & albums, then prompt delivery via FTP or mail service. (If Shoot Edit Love, cull/edits and designs an album, add 3 days extra time to the total turnaround time frame. – e.g. 4-7 days for a standard senior portrait edit + 3 days for a senior album).
All job times are calculated and begin after full upload is complete, notified ready for download, and when download is completed to local servers for cataloging and entering into job que. Many jobs come in weekly. If received after 12PM CST, job times begin the next business day promptly at 9AM CST. If submitting multiple jobs or if multiple jobs are in que at any time (2 or more), please add up to 2-5 business days per standard portrait job to it’s completion schedule. Please add up to 7-10 business days per standard wedding job. (This policy usually does not affect normal turnaround times except during the summer and fall busy seasons) Rush jobs may have 1-2 business days added during the busy season as determined by ShootEditLove.
No more than 2 rush jobs in que at any one time. NOTE: Rush jobs supersede all other que completion schedules (priority) then standard turnaround times begin/resume.
Sometimes you NEED it faster, we’re here to deliver! These are extra surcharges on Rush Service on top of the normal file editing charges + retouching fees that may or may not apply. Business work days do not include the weekends but many times work can, is and will be done during those weekend time frames. Deliveries are added to the daily upload que which can back up during the busy season. Please be sure to allow time for upload onto the FTP and download onto your system as part of your client scheduling process.

Shoot Edit Love quickly and efficiently goes through your folder of images (5 or 5,000!) and helps you get rid of the blurry, the blinks, the super dark/super bright shots that cannot be saved for you. Shoot in drive mode? We excel at picking out the absolute best photo so you and your client are not confused or overwhelmed when it’s time to seal the deal and get that enlargement upsell.
Web/Blog/Facebook logo/watermarked images – 5 cents per image.
You will receive a complete set of finished images resized and logo/watermarked ready for upload to any social media sites of your choice. Raw Color Processing– 25 cents per image (WB/Saturation/Color/Contrast/Black Levels/Noise Removal/Curves) We deliver completed jpegs or Lightroom XMP/Catalogs for all editing. You tell us what you want, we deliver! Lightroom XMP files sync up and update and allow you to make small changes if needed for your bulk event and wedding work.
JPEG Color Processing – 30 cents per image (WB/Saturation/Color/Contrast/Black Levels/Noise Removal/Curves) We deliver completed jpegs or Lightroom XMP/Catalogs for all editing. You tell us what you want, we deliver! Lightroom XMP files sync up and update and allow you to make small changes if needed for your bulk event and wedding work. JPEG processing takes more work to deliver consistent color processing and thus incurs a higher charge per file.
Cropping & Straightening – Included in the total 25/30 cent Lightroom charge for RAW’s or JPEG’s.

Album/Book Design – $10.00 base fee (20 page minimum charge, then $5 per side/page after)
You’ve asked for it, and we’re here to deliver! Modern and standard album design is available through Shoot Edit Love. As a photographer myself I understand exactly what it takes to design a clear, concise, artistic product and deliver it on time to my clients. As we are not full-time album designers, Shoot Edit Love kindly requests that you inquire as to our current job schedules before you upload an album order. This will ensure perfect and clear communication so we can quote you a design price properly. Example sideshows available upon request via FB message or email tim@shooteditlove.com All album files are delivered as baseline 10 optimized jpegs or Photoshop PSD’s.
Retouching Services & Costs – Photoshop
Retouching – LEVEL 1 – $1.75 per image – We strive for a standard and consistent beautiful image. Some images deserve just a little extra time or love and these receive our LEVEL 1 artistic edit. (Perfect for blogs, sideshows, and selling sessions. Just as many ladies would never step outside the home without makeup, we believe many images should never be seen by clients without looking their absolute best. Our standard RAW or JPEG color processing locks in our exposures and color, but we want to squeeze out that last little bit of gorgeousness for your clients. Level 1 Artistic Editing consists of minor and natural blemish removal, eye pop, selective dodging and burning and use of Portraiture or Noiseware Professional. All Artistic images/retouching is finished in Photoshop CC and saved as a baseline 10 optimized jpeg. 90% of all retouching is typically a Level 1 request.
Retouching – LEVEL 2 – $2.75 per image – Level 2 Artistic Editing includes professional Photoshop techniques as: Moderate facial retouching, one head replacement, (as determined by Shoot Edit Love), light frizzy hair retouching NOTE: Many places charge $50+ dollars for this service per the hour. We bill per image and not in bulk per hour so we can guarantee the absolute best pricing for our valued customers. This also allows you to use Shoot Edit Love on an image by image basis if needs be; It’s as simple as that!
Retouching – LEVEL 3 – $5.00 per image – Level 3 Retouching includes professional Photoshop techniques as: extensive facial retouching (The MOST extreme situations as determined by SEL Staff), head replacement, swapping eyes in group photos, extreme blemish removal (as determined by Shoot Edit Love), extensive hair retouching or removal, removal or replacement of distracting background objects (i.e., street signs, dress straps, cars, poles, weird stuff!, etc.). NOTE: Many places charge $50+ dollars for this service per the hour. We bill per image and not in bulk per hour so we can guarantee the absolute best pricing for our valued customers. This also allows you to use Shoot Edit Love on an image by image basis if needs be. It’s as simple as that. Job fees would apply if working on 2 or more images.
Retouching – Level 4 – $25.00 per image – Level 4 Retouching includes ALL of the services above but concentrates on magazine print, editorial ready to submit and print competition level editing and retouching. Use of frequency separation and other high end retouching techniques is stressed above all else for all files edited at this level.
